Men and women golfers observe a recognised golfing ettiquette.

If in doubt, please check with the Club before you play!

  • In any game, the player with the lowest handicap is deemed to be the Captain of that game and is responsible for the observance of all rules and etiquettes
  • Metal Spikes on golf shoes are prohibited in the dining/lounge areas of the Clubhouse..
  • Shoes must be worn outside the locker rooms.

Dress Regulations - Men

  • Long trousers and shorts "above the knees" are acceptable
  • "Short" shorts and casual shorts with elasticised waist bands are not acceptable.
  • Long socks, or sports socks must be worn - always pulled up.
  • Shirts must have a collar, and be tucked inside trousers or shorts.

Golfing Etiquette

  • Play in turn
  • Please try and prevent slow play
  • Walk quickly to your ball
  • Allow 2 minutes to search for a lost ball
  • If there is a clear fairway in front, then please call the group behind through
